Meeting began at 9:00 a.m.
Members continued a working session developing drafts of Chilmark Permitting Flow Charts (according to the current Zoning Bylaws, town bylaws, MGL, etc…).
Members revised drafts of Planning Board Approval Process chart and Residential Permitting Process Summary chart in order to discuss these documents at the May 29, 2012 Planning Board Meeting.
